Overall very good condition.  it has been mostly colored but there are a few uncolored pages. Most are neatly colored. Centerfold is detached but cover is holding firmly. 20 interior pages. A nice example. There is wear to cover and some heavier creasing.  Edge and corner wear but it still presents well.
