Vintage acetate stencil cut by Jeff "Tux" Farrar in the 1970's. Jeff was self taught to begin with but ended up apprenticing with Nick Bubash in Pittsburgh then went to Baltimore and opened up the second shop in the city in 1977. That shop on Howard Street was where he taught Dan Higgs to tattoo in the early 80's.This eagle stencil measures 6" x just about 5.5". Measurements are taken from edge to edge. Very nice piece of tattoo history and extremely hard to find.
