the image on the vintage photo is a beautifully rendered tabori tattoo done by the legendary shodai horiyoshi 1 (and also known as yoshitsugu muramatsu) of yokohama, japan.
the tattooed image is an unknown variatuon of dragon from the early 1950s.
very rare photo image of h1 not to be confused with h2 or h3.
killer image!  image on listing is screen shots.
8x10 professional copy archival print, excellent quality from a hi res scan directly (and color tone print matched) vintage 8x10 photo but unknown details.
each print was professionally printed, color matched to the original and produced on 100 weight, archival, high gloss paper using only fade-resistant, archival, pigment-based inks.
