This is a really cool Post Toasties Cereal box from 1939 that Features Walt Disney Mickey Mouse Presents Pinocchio.   As you can see, the box is not mint, but I think it will be suited for a framing.  There is storage wear and dirt wear on the box.   There are some rips and tears as you can see, but I am surprised how bright the pictures cut outs are.   Here are the characters on the box....Mickey Mouse, Pinocchio, Blue Fairy, Jiminy Cricket, Cleo, Gideon the Cat, J. Worthington, Foulfellow, and Geppetto.
