Disneyland 1966 Magic Kingdom Members Card Advertisement Flyer Box Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Co. This ad folded over and two way sticky tape was applied to the back side to form a box to hold membership cards. The flyer box measures approx 9" x 16" and is unused new old Disney stock. The original two way tape is still unused and covered with the original film to peel off and adhere. The images below are a front AND back view.
