The attached card reads:  A gift of Love   Remembering The Miracle of Life, from a mother to her child.
Is new and metal is in perfect condition with blue rhinestones.
Then box does have some light marks on it as shown in photos.  and the paper saying has a crease in it as shown in photos.
The pewter medal is 2.25 inches tall and comes in its own gift box. There is space for engraving on the back.   The back is engraved with God Bless This Child.   At the bottom Camco logo is engraved on the bottom.
