We are willing to cover all postage cost and restocking fee for faulty/incorrect Items, as long as they are reported within 7 days after the item has been delivered. We will cover only the restocking fee for faulty items reported within 14 days but after 7 days. We can provide replacement or other reasonable solutions for faulty items reported within 30 days but after 14 days. For returns of non-faulty items, you will be required to cover all postage cost and 20% restocking fee.
All returns are subject to our Inspection and Verification after delivered. We will NOT accept returns of items with no defect and/or being improperly used.
